Description

Neighbor has had a ton of trash/tv/furniture piled up for over 2 weeks now along our fence. The wind blows it around, it comes under the fence and there have been both skunks and raccoons digging in it every night. I have 2 dogs and my dog has already been sprayed by a skunk. This is dangerous and discussing!
