Description

Tree root is causing damage to sidewalk and is an issue for wheelchairs/strollers/shopping carts that can't clear this bump. It's become a fall risk for people with mobility issues as well-- we've witnessed one person fall. Similar issues with an asphalt patch over the spot dug for lead pipe repair. Variation is surface is causing fall risk. Please replace with concrete and repair tree root bump.
