They've started construction on a new building on the corner of 5th ave & Church in downtown Nashville. Heavy machinery started noisy activities at 6:30 AM today, Saturday, Nov 22. Is this allowed? Most of us look forward to sleep & rest, specially on Saturdays but this won't allow it. I can only imagine it'll get worse further in the project. Do we have any recourse to help us?
