This vehicle has been in the same place since the winter of 2013-14. All winter, snow plows went around it. No one drives it. Now, the leaves and snow are around it. Recently, there was a ticket placed on the windshield, and it has since been removed. Attached photo was taken late October, 2014. Expired license plate can be seen.
