Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate that this is a complex intersection with many separate movements. As someone who drives through this intersection each day, I am aware of the range of waiting times that are encountered. On rare occasion, apparently due to some rare, episodic malfunction, the waiting time to turn left onto Fountain from Lawncrest is beyond what most anyone will tolerate (maybe 5 minutes), causing drivers to become very frustrated and run the red light.
