City of Oakland need set up Garbage can just like outside of the Bank and Supermarket, I already forward to Coordinator of City of Oakland.

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 11/19/2014, service request # 551265.

Just say Thanks not enough; -> Need to set up "garbage can" in the area, just like these garbage cans we can find on the Telegraph Rd. Lakeshore Drive...etc, these area had retails stores and restaurant. -> They needed just like we always can find garbage can outside of the bank and supermarket. .

Make film about all these issues: Through education. -> We saw this film at movie theater, kindergarten, elementary school, high school, univ., internet on line school, professional school, people just get green card and U.S. citizen...etc. -> This need be well-known just like "Election for the new U.S. President".
