I paid $ 107.00 online for DC Registration/ Tag Renewal on 11/13/14. Because of a tech issue I did not get the prompt to print the temp tags. I called yesterday to 311/DMV and a rep Sabrina advised that I would emailed a link to print the tags. She gave me ref. # 312125.

I also tried to start over and when it did not work I got a reference # 2965298
