Description

Please please please Public Works Bangor get the traffic light EMMC/Wing Park entrance blinking after 7or8pm M-F and ALL day and night Sat and Sun. We waste gas and time stopping at this light smack dab middle of Sun. or Sat. afternoon with no cars parked in that lot nor coming out. Blink them!
