The most recent design of the City of Hartford website is aesthetically-pleasing, but functionally useless. There is no prominently-displayed directory providing phone numbers and email addresses of City employees, if one exists at all. The "contact us" option is only for 311, which is fine if that is what you need. I understand that there is such a high rate of turnover that it may not be a priority to tell the taxpayers how employees may be reached, but this ultimately makes City Hall appear as if there is an attempt to squash transparency.
