Seems to be an overwhelming amount of people living out of a car or a camper always parking in different spots. Can we tag the vehicle for this and then have them removed? Permanently

Why do we have to keep reporting this and then why are they requesting this to call other departments why isn't there one contact that this site can call and report our complaints of campers and homeless?
