I don't agree with your findings, You said just to go out further on the sidewalk so the view is not blocked. I feel that is unsafe and it is an easy matter to have that bush trimmed so we don't have to pull out so far.

UPDATE: When you pull up to the sidewalk, and make a stop, the sight distance is acceptable.
The bush you are referring to belongs to the shopping center, Please voice your concerns to the management of the shopping center. Pinellas CountyTraffic Management cannot identify a safety issue.
