There is a portion of an existing sidewalk that has uplifted in front of our house. It is located between two residential lots at 11705 La Vista Grande NE, west side of lot. It appears to be outside of the property line. Several trips have occurred as a result. Please confirm if this is a City of Abq. repair responsibility or homeowner.
