Description

This group of thugs on bikes and 4 wheelers have been doing this every Sunday night. Terrorizing drivers by circling around them, doing stunts in the middle of intersections and speeding. Tonight was Thomas Circle and they were riding up and down the front steps of the National City Church. This is unreal and not a single police officer attempted to do anything.
