For the last 2+ weeks, there has been a rooster crowing starting at about 5:30AM. My understanding is that chickens are allowed in city limits, but not roosters. The bird crows every 5-10 minutes for several hours each morning, disrupting the peace of the neighborhood. I do not know which house it is, but believe it is on 7th Street, between 46th and 47th Avenues.
