Illegal use of property abutting mine. When this bar applied for its permit, the city and the restaurant bar stated that there would be no seating or activity use of the back parking lot which is directly abuts my retaining wall- now I see that they are using it in exactly the way they were required not to use it. This is unacceptable. This is illegal and you need to stop it. Thank you.
