Once again in the parking lot on Boyd and chestnut there is always cars making their own parking spots. When cars are parked on the street there's never any problem to ticket if half they car is in the yellow but cars like this don't get ticketed its ridiculous now. Poor people have to walk in the street to go around this

obviously they not monitoring it because the car is still there with no ticket on it while the parking lot is empty

I thought kpd was going to monitor this situation but obviously they are not!!! Here is another day the same car is parked like that with no ticket or anything and now I go into the parking lot and there is 3 more illegally parked cars in the back!! This is ridiculous now you people really need to do something about this instead of saying you are and you don't!!!

Once again the same car is parked there and now there are 3 more cars in the back of the lot parked where there isn't a spot and ALL these cars do not have tickets
