Since this is your second request for this I wanted to let you know that the red Mazda now has a valid inspection sticker on it and has been moved from the spot it was in. Under City Code all that is required on private property is to have a valid inspection or plates and be in operable condition. At this time this car meets the requirements and their is nothing that can be done. I am sorry that more can not be done at this time but please keep reporting issues in your area.
