Yeah, they practically never enforce this block which is surely why it encourages people like this to park here. It's frustrating that these VA/MD folks prevent me from being able to park on my own street.

So this is 2 hour parking for non-residents? I can see how that would require some work to enforce because how would an officer know if it had been 2 hours unless they came by twice? But hey, you're reporting it in the morning and all they gotta do is pop over and ticket!
