During off-peak hours, I would suggest installing yellow blinking left turn signals for both directions of Louisburg Road, similar to those at Leland Dr and Forestville Rd. The visibility is excellent to see oncoming traffic and turning traffic would not have to wait the full cycle unnecessarily, saving time and money.
