For years landscapers for the Smile Center/Campasino Insurance start mowing the lawn and using leaf blowers at 7 am, including Saturdays. It's not fair to the residents in the area who are still sleeping. Could someone please clarify what time lawn equipment is allowed to be used? If 7 am is a violation, could someone please alert the owners of these properties to tell their crew to start later? Thanks!
