Neighbor depositing construction trash on corner 5 days prior to pick up (windows, paint, soiled rags, etc) strewn in front of other neighbors mailbox (on purpose). Trashy neighbor is passive aggressive in disagreement with other neighbor and shows in both the code compliance trash issue and location of where she deposited it.
