On Friday morning, 10/31/14 at approximately 7 am a car pulled into the driveway at this address, opened their trunk and delivered small bags of what appeared to be drugs to this address through the door to the right of the garage. We have been calling the police almost daily about drug dealing and prostitution at 245 Richland and it just keeps getting worse and worse.
