Maple St. was re-paved a few weeks ago, but I think the city really did a terribly lazy job on it. The pavement seems gravelly and generally not as smooth as a new pave job should be- it looks awful. Also, I'm concerned about how it will fare during the upcoming winter, especially if this winter is anything like it was last year.
