Resident reports a loose manhole cover on the College Street bridge. Please send someone to this location to repair the manhole cover.

At lights, prior to crossing over South Frontage. It's been dislodged since yesterday afternoon, tying up traffic. How is this missed by construction crew and police for such a length of time? Should also be painted orange, as it is raised several inches.
