Every time I use this as the bridge is designed, which is to get from Perimeter to Brookhaven, this light is red. No cars around anywhere. The light is red. Please get someone out to fix this light. Thanks.

I take this way everyday. I think a bit of clarification is needed by the original post. They note it at State Farm construction site which is before going over the bridge. If that is the case, that is not the City of Brookhaven. The Geo tag says perimeter summit but issue conflicts.
If on Perimeter Summit. Unsure what the issue is, a signal is programmed to be green by default when no traffic to specific streets based off volume, impact to turning lanes, speed reduction enforcement. This person drives up to a light that is red and has to wait when no one is around. That to me would seem the signal is working as designed, noted that it was not a timing issue. Any signal one approaches with or without traffic may be read. Hoping that the by default green is for the bridge which has much less volume then Lake Hearn / Perimeter Summit which would not make sense.
