Description

Noise Ordinance violation. Construction for State Farm starts most mornings around 6:30 AM, significantly prior to the noise ordinance requirement of 7:30 AM. It's very disruptive for the residents of The Citizen, The Bishop and a nearby hotel all of which are a stones throw away from the construction site
