Descripción
Drivers that turn left constantly change lanes in the intersection. Both left lanes can turn left. A dotted line in the intersection is needed to indicate that drivers should REMAIN in their lanes. As a cyclist I have almost been hit/run over on a WEEKLY basis by drivers changing lanes. There is not enough indication via signage or road paint to indicate that you can not change lanes mid intersection.

Good Morning Niki,
There are appropriate lane markings on Prospect for lane assignments at this intersection. There is a sign facing the traffic on Prospect St regarding lane assignments for turning vehicles. This intersection is properly marked with pavement markings and signs regarding lane assignments.
Traffic and Parking will review additional pavement markings as requested during the next pavement marking season in the Spring.
