Pulaski partners has had the sidewalk closed for weeks, forcing pedestrians out beyond the row of parked cars into the bike lane.

There is also no clearance between the fence and septa bus parking, forcing peds into busy traffic in front of idling buses.

I want the PPD and LI to investigate. I will forward this issue to the feds as an ADA compliance issue.

City Council, we're fed up with your inaction. You push your pet projects but provide no oversight. DRM, what happened to abiding by your oath of office? You represent the builders and lawyers but blatantly ignore your constituents.

no way to access station w/o walking in the middle of the street and in front of septa buses which might move at any time.

I just noticed this the other day when I took the train downtown......not only do you have to walk in the street, but you have to walk with your back against traffic when heading to the train station. I kept looking over my shoulder to make sure that no one was going to hit me. They provided no good alternative to traveling to and from the train station. It has ALWAYS been obvious as a 'near neighbor' that Pulaski Partners doesn't care about the neighbors or their shoppers, except for how much money they can extract out of us.

And DRM is NOT on our side.......follow the money, and you will find her there.

Maybe a call to 311 might help the issue? Though I have as yet felt that they do anything for you! Thank you for posting this problem......we need to have it resolved as it is evident that nothing will change unless we force some hands.

The big question is: Will heir apparent Cindy Bass do any better? She has said she is just interested in two or three terms before retiring from office.
