The traffic signal leading westbound traffic onto the Northway at the intersection of Western and Schoolhouse Road keeps changing to red, when it is usually green 99.9% of the time, for no reason. It seems to be timed with the regular intersection of traffic now after the roadwork was completed. This really backs up traffic during 4-6pm rush hour onto Western Avenue and even into Stuyvesant plaza.
