Description

This house has been a rental for at least 3 years. The back shed is filled with the landlord's junk and rubbish, and rodent droppings. The basement is filled with more of the landlord's old furniture and rubbish to the point it was hard to move around. Asbestos insulation fell off a pipe in the basement and the the owner's friend just pushed it back into the rafters. The owner was not responsive to the tenents' concerns about this.There was a hole in the floor between the basement and first floor. Old paint was stored in a closet on the first floor.
