We had a bad night a week or so ago, TV messed up frequently almost all night. Did not realize it was already Frontier.

Happened frequently also under the ATT banner. too, nothing for ATT to brag about.

They should at least record outages and screw-ups, and give credit on their next bill

Just cancelled with Frontier. They said they that we would be down till Wednesday. Switching to Comcast.

Could not switch before as records showed my grandson was Uverse employee, but now he is ATT so maybe OK

Same problem for me in downtown New Haven. I was also told two days. Ridiculous

I'm not really sure what the scoop with Comcast is. Definitely a little more expensive the first year and hard to understand their deals. Since I'm only getting Internet I don't know much about the TV.
