We are in the process of replacing the wire that was stolen out of the interstate lights. In order to have lighting in this area it has to be burning 24 hrs a day until we get the wiring replaced. Macon-Bibb has a contract with Georgia Power and we pay the same amount whether the lights are burning or not, so we are not being charged any extra for the lights burning 24 hrs.
