Has this neighbor received any notice of violation regarding the 5 cars that are parked in the yard; two white ones look like they are being worked on and as stated earlier he may be doing mechanic work from his residence. One white one has a flat and it has not been moved. There is another red car that is here later at night and early morning.

The address cited above worked on one of the white cars over the weekend. Additional issue is: Overgrown trees in city electrical lines and need to be trimmed. Also, make it difficult for cars to pass.
