Description

Day three and this violator is back!! Still violating the 2-hour limit. This vehicle parks in this block FIVE days a week, all day and rarely, if ever is ticketed. WHY?? Yes, I'm using the same picture from day one (if you notice it was raining). Why take a new one everyday when it's the SAME violation??
