Descripción

A fence has been erected at this address that violates code, Chapter 16, 16.40.040. The height of the fence exceeds 4' on side street abutting neighbor's front yard. The code charter states it cannot exceed 4'. Current height appears to be 6' and should be moved to extended from end of house.
