Description

This has been reported and they moved the fence but it still does not meet the code as described in 16.40.040.3 in the charts. In the first diagram with houses on corner lots with side street. The fence is coming from the building in the diagram. The current fence on this property is out past the building along the street and is 6' tall. The code says it cannot exceed 4' in this area of the property.
