In the garage upstairs there is an illegal apartment the property owner rents out. Is this a legal unit?-Do they pay additional town taxes for having apartment upstairs of the garage?. Please give answers, I will do as well,They have done this for many, many years. All the honest home owners should do as well. It must be nice, getting all that extra cash.
