Descrizione

Demolition was completed 3 weeks ago on fire damaged portion of building by new owner. but front door was left open with door removed (see photo) rear basement and first floor windows and openings also not secured or boarded up. Lack of contact information or posting of new owner management company at front of building per city ordinances.
