Three concerns: Issuance of permits daily for usage till 11pm with blazing lights on private property, excessive noise during this evenings, drinking in the public parking lots after the games, The lack of consideration to residents that abutt the field is incomprehensible as permits continue to be issued, drinking is consistently tolerated in public spaces which detracts from not only my family's quiet enjoyment of their personla space during reasonable hours, but also any other abutter who lives next to the field.
