House at 66 Hal Street is under complete renovation. Looks great, and good for them. According to the Building Department, no active permits or recent permits were issued. Interior was gutted, new plumbing, new electrical, new kitchen, new baths, new windows, new roof, new furnace, and now, complete stripping of the siding and new siding going up. It would be good to know if this work was inspected and is up to code. And where was the lead-painted wood siding disposed of.
