Description
This unoccupied property owner collects his yard waste/tree branches and discards them directory on the street instead putting them into container suggested by the city. This happens repeatedly every time when he/she works on their property. Since it's not in the container, it does not get picked up during the yard waste pick up on the Friday. Please help our neighborhood.
