Same dogs were roaming loose in the middle of Grand near Victoria. Cars were swerving as to not hit them. I called the police department right away and the first question was "..are they hurt?" These are huge PIT BULLS . It was fortunate the middle school children were not walking home.

I live in the downtown area. There are 4 different pit bull owners who walk their dogs on my
street. The dogs are dangerous enough in the owners minds that they carry sticks and walk the dogs
in the street to avoid people walking on the sidewalks. The dogs are not family pets. If I'm in my yard
when they pass I have to stand still and look at the ground. The owners are clearly restraining them
from attacking. Please help us.
