The pole traffic signal light with the arrow on 108 street (Wapiti Rd) northbound at 84th ave has been twisted, and the light are very dim. The light standard is the only one with the turn signal to turn west onto 84th. This light is so dim and twisted, that many drivers are not able to see that they have a turn signal. This is urgent, since it severely impacts all traffic because this is a truck route, and trucks are backing up to the next light.
