Description
New construction up the hill (Trent builders) on Dawn St. with no erosion control (silt fence) which I believe is required by law. Rains wash freshly dumped dirt across the street and onto my property. Because of the slope it is running down into my front lawn, piling up on my driveway, and also along the side of my house and is building up on my back patio.
