Light is too short heading North on Whitesburg at Drake. Causes a long backup of traffic. Timed the light and from green to yellow and it is 15-16 seconds

It also causes traffic to block the intersection at Kent and Whitesburg. I’m not able to turn into my neighborhood during peak times.
