The parking meter (#GLE13) in front of Dos Taquitos is having some software issues. After you type one or two numbers, the screen freezes for 30 seconds up to a minute before it recognizes that you've entered anything else. It took me ten minutes of trying over and over to enter my parking space number in order to pay. It needs to be reprogrammed or rebooted or otherwise fixed.
