Someone keeps leaving the trash and recycle bin doors unlocked and a couple of homeless gentlemen rummage through both, leaving trash and things on top of the container, on the ground, and on the windowsills of the two businesses in front of it. I'm assuming the trash/recycle team that collects from the containers unlock the front to get access to the rear of the containers and don't lock it when they're done?

  • 102-106 North East Street Raleigh, North Carolina - North Central
The plants growing in the city portion of the sidewalk at the corner of East and Edenton Streets are obstructing the view of westbound traffic, making it extremely dangerous to make a right hand turn on red. The plants need to be removed as each time it is cut, it grows back within a few weeks.
  • Tom Bradshaw Freeway & U.S. 64 & Interstate 40 Raleigh, North Carolina - Southwest
The through-intersection pathway indicator lines for the two left hand turn lanes for the eastbound off-ramp onto Hammond Road (going north) need to be remarked to the outer two lanes of Hammond Road instead of the left two lanes. During busy hours, vehicles traveling north on Hammond across this intersection fill up the left hand lane to the I-40 westbound entrance ramp while waiting for the light to change, often all the way back into the intersection box. This causes the vehicles exiting I-40 in the far left hand turn lane onto Hammond to stop in the intersection until the middle left turn lane has emptied so they might move over into the 2nd lane to continue north on Hammond. By remarking these two left hand turn lanes onto Hammond to the 2nd and 3rd lanes instead of the 1st and 2nd, both lanes will turn north into empty lanes, where the westbound on ramp people are not sitting in line waiting for the light to change. Another possible solution would be to adjust the lighting sequence for both the Hammond Road exit turn lanes and the I-40 westbound on-ramp lane from Hammond so they are synced differently

The parking meter (#GLE13) in front of Dos Taquitos is having some software issues. After you type one or two numbers, the screen freezes for 30 seconds up to a minute before it recognizes that you've entered anything else. It took me ten minutes of trying over and over to enter my parking space number in order to pay. It needs to be reprogrammed or rebooted or otherwise fixed.
