Yes this is a major issue. I had thought Willow was on the list to be repaved but no progress yet. I also emailed Anna Festa about this.

Pieces of gravel and rock are thrown up on to the sidewalk every time a car drives by. This is a very dangerous stretch of road (Willow at Whitney in particular). The Yale Shuttle stop is located right next to the gravel pit and cars constantly swerve around potholes, endangering students and pedestrians.

I'm surprised that there has been no city or alder response to this so far.

the City did some patch work early on and then gave up on repairs. Winter is around the corner! Just know that you can ask the City to reimburse tires cut by potholes.

Still, it would be nice to get a response from the city and a timeline of when it will be repaved.

Drove on it again today and the pothole by Whitney and Willow is especially terrible. A deep one.
