Westbound curb lane in bicycle travel way. Poor utility patch (no sub base) for years since adjacent building constructed. Given traffic counts and axle loads, this needs a proper reconstruction of road bed and then top wear layer. 2" asphalt over dirt isn't getting it done. (Not as serious, but just a bit uphill is a water valve collar that is also starting to get squirmy; a repair now will save bigger trouble later.)
