A dirty blanket was dumped behind the fence just to the right of the front door. It's been there for almost a week since being tossed by a vagrant. Now, with the rain, it's a soggy, smelly mess. I know from experience the condo residents don't care if there's a mess right in the front door and the building maintenance tends to be lax...I've had to clean up some of the glass and trash in front of the building in the past so it doesn't get tracked all over. So this blanket is just going to be a gross soggy mess.
